Description

Complete Groninger vial line, built by Groninger + Co GmbH, Crailsheim. All machines are from 2007 and were in production use until 2024: ASVK 400 vial washer (machine no. 7115), STH 1185 hot-air sterilising and depyrogenation tunnel (no. 7273), DFVK 6001 filling and stoppering machine (no. 7275). The line is complete and in working order. Formats: 2R, 6R and 10R vials. The ASVK 400 is a rotary washer. Transport grippers take each vial from the infeed star wheel, turn it through 180° so the mouth faces down and carry it through seven washing stations, where a rinsing needle rises into the vial from below while two fixed full-cone nozzles wash the outside; the vial is turned upright again before the discharge. Washing starts at all stations together once the needles are fully immersed. A format change covers the infeed and discharge parts, the rinsing-needle block and the height settings of the turret and needles. The cleaning scheme uses recirculated water, WFI and sterile compressed air. The recirculated water comes from a heated recycling station and is filtered at 6 µm and 0.45 µm, the air at 1.2 µm and 0.2 µm. Each station can be supplied and timed individually, and the valve opening times are stored per product. Electrical supply 230/400 V, 50 Hz, 10.5 kW connected load, 3 × 20 A fuses, 24 V DC control; compressed air 5–6 bar, dried and oil-free. Siemens S7 control with an operating panel, a raise/lower guard hood and a plug-in jog button for manual running. The documentation includes the operating instructions, machine description, changeover procedures, cleaning scheme, P&ID, pneumatic plan, floor layout, circuit diagram, PLC program and parts lists. The STH 1185 hot-air tunnel takes the washed vials directly from the washer on a belt and passes them to the filler. The DFVK 6001 fills and stoppers the vials inside a glass-panelled enclosure: the vials arrive on a rotary infeed table, the dosing station carries the pump heads with their hose sets above the transport, and a bowl feeds the stoppers. The machines are operated from Groninger panels and the control cabinets belong to the line. The documentation includes the operating instructions, machine descriptions, changeover procedures, cleaning schemes and P&ID, pneumatic and vacuum plans, floor layout drawings, circuit diagrams, PLC programs and parts lists.
