Description
Lödige Hi-Coater HC 130 film coating machine built in 1985. Perforated coating drum with baffles, and a pneumatic, two-hand interlocked discharge door. Spraying is by three automatic guns on a common stainless spray bar, each with its own liquid and air adjustment; atomising air is rated 28 m³/h per gun at 5 bar, and the guns work at roughly 300 mm from the bed. The drum is driven by a 2 kW Siemens motor in explosion-protected design (Ex e II T3, PTB 84/4000) through a Flender VCUS 155 variable-speed gear, giving 2 to 14 rpm. The machine is offered with the equipment around it: inlet air unit with filter drawers and a steam heat exchanger, exhaust fan, Hainke dust collector with compressed-air filter cleaning, the ducting, and the suspension preparation tank with a Premier 2500M mixer. Coating liquid is metered by a Micro Motion Coriolis meter in kg/h with a totaliser.
