Description
Vertical high shear mixer granulator built by Diosna Dierks & Söhne GmbH & Co. KG (Osnabrück, Germany), designed for pharmaceutical wet and dry granulation, mixing and homogenisation of powders.
Stainless steel product contact parts, hinged bowl lid with charging port and inspection openings, three-blade bottom-driven impeller and a horizontally mounted side chopper with pneumatic actuation. Two-speed impeller and chopper drives with a current and time controlled process (current control / time- and current-control selector). The side discharge valve is pneumatically operated.
Supplied with:
- Stainless steel control panel with mimic diagram, ammeter, timer, emergency stop and signal tower
- Separate electrical cabinet with main switch
- Stainless steel access platform with stairs and handrail
