Description
BOC Edwards LyoMax 15 production freeze dryer, serial no. MTE2770, built in June 2007 by BOC Edwards Pharmaceutical Systems
Chamber and condenser are both code-stamped pressure vessels — chamber 9250-02, serial 740, and condenser 9250-03, serial 741, both built in 2007 — rated 2.07 bar at 135 °C with a minimum design metal temperature of −80 °C. Both are therefore rated for SIP
Two-circuit refrigeration on R-507A with a 53 kg (116 lb) charge per circuit and two compressor sets; hydraulic stoppering; Siemens S7 PLC with a SIMATIC touch-screen control cabinet and UPS backup. Electrical supply 400 V / 3 ph / 50 Hz, 159 A full load current, 400 A disconnect, 50 kA interrupting rating.
The unit is complete, including both compressor sets, the control cabinet and the power distribution panel.
