Telstar SM 101512 double-door pass-through autoclave — four units

Description

Four Telstar double-door pass-through autoclaves from a sterile production facility. The units are installed in pairs; the two autoclaves of a pair share a technical area and a superheated-water system. They can be bought as a pair or all four together.

The chamber measures 1000 × 1500 × 1250 mm, approximately 1.9 m³. Loading is at floor level from a 190 mm pit, so loaded carts roll straight in. Both doors are vertical sliding doors with an interlock between the unclassified and the clean side.

Cycle types: saturated steam with vacuum air removal and drying, superheated water, leak test, filter SIP and tank SIP. The superheated-water system was added in 2011; the machine documentation dates from 2009.

Control system: MICROSTER+ SCADA on InTouch 9.5 running on a Beckhoff C6920 industrial PC, Siemens S7-200 CPU 226 PLC, Pro-face AGP3301 operator panel, audit trail.

Weight approximately 3500 kg per unit. The units are still installed at the site and can be inspected in place. Dismantling is carried out by our own team; every connection is labelled and photographed before removal.
